Blacktop Fortune privacy policy

Blacktop Fortune is a virtual reality game for Meta Quest by Deep Challenger VR LLC (“we”). This policy covers the app in the Meta Horizon Store and the free web demo. Contact [email protected].

The game has no account, ads, analytics or multiplayer, and does not access your Meta profile or friends.

What the game uses

• Your headset: your settings, progress and the game’s files stay on the headset. We do not receive them.
• Meta: each time the app starts, it asks Meta whether your account owns it, and keeps a yes on the headset so you can play offline. Meta handles payment under Meta’s privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider: it delivers the game and receives your IP address and standard request details. It may process them in the United States and other countries. We keep no record of them.
• Email: if you write to us, we use your message only to reply, and keep it only as long as needed.

Deleting your data

Anyone can ask us to access or delete data we hold about them, free of charge. Email [email protected] with the subject “Blacktop Fortune data deletion”. We reply within 30 days. Uninstalling the app deletes what it keeps on the headset; for the web demo, clear the game site’s data in Quest Browser.

Changes

We will update this policy and its date before the game collects anything new.
