Blacktop Fortune terms of use
Last updated 28 October 2026.
These terms apply when you install or play Blacktop Fortune (“the game”), made by Deep Challenger VR LLC (“we”). Meta’s terms cover buying and downloading it. Questions: [email protected].
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on headsets you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse engineer it, except as far as the law allows. You may share screenshots and videos of your play.
The game’s content stays in the game
The game’s models, sounds and other content, including content we license from others, are licensed to you only for playing within the game. You may not extract, redistribute, sell or reuse them anywhere else, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models.
Open-source software
Open-source software in the game is covered by its own licence, whose notice comes with the game. The Store app contains Wolvic, a browser engine by Igalia under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, with our changes; its source is at https://www.deepchallengervr.com/blacktop-fortune/source/.
No warranty
As far as the law allows, we and our licensors provide the game “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss of data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the game. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that the law does not let us exclude.
